Who we are
Easy Compliance is operated by Company Transformation Partners Pty Ltd. We help Australian NDIS providers prepare for audits. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you request a scorecard or compliance analysis we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, organisation name, role, and details about your service such as registration status, audit timing, number of SIL homes, and participants. We also collect basic marketing attribution data (such as referral source) to understand how you found us.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the scorecard, contact you about your enquiry (including, where you have consented and provided a mobile number, by an automated AI phone assistant), and to provide your requested compliance analysis. Calls may be recorded for quality and training. With your consent we may also send occasional helpful updates. You can opt out at any time.
Sharing and storage
We store your details securely and share them only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, our database, email, and calling technology partners). We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
